Upon stimulation of Her2, SOS proteins act as adaptors to augment the HER2 signaling, thereby thought to significantly contribute to the proliferation of the cells. Right: Novel RUNX inhibitor (Chb-M’) led to the decreased expression of SOS1 as well as dephosphorylation of HER2, subsequently suppressed the proliferation of Her2 gastric cancer.
